Get the skin ready
The visit starts with how your skin behaves: its history, its tolerance, the products already on your shelf, and the calendar you are working with.
Physician-led skin clinic
ZO Skin Centre Dallas is a physician-led clinic at The Shops of Highland Park, open since 2017. In-office treatments and medical-grade ZO® Skin Health protocols are planned together, around the life you actually live.

Our story
Dallas has no shortage of places to get a treatment. What is harder to find is a clinic that tells you why: why this treatment and not that one, why now, and what happens between appointments so the result lasts.
ZO Skin Centre Dallas opened in 2017 at 4252 A Oak Lawn Ave, in The Shops of Highland Park. It was the first ZO Skin Centre in Texas. CultureMap Dallas covered the opening that December.
The clinic was founded by Dr. Mark Khorsandi, DO, a physician and surgeon who trained under the direct mentorship of Dr. Zein Obagi, the dermatologist behind ZO Skin Health. He oversees medical candidacy and treatment planning, so there is a doctor's perspective behind the plan. He holds an active Texas Medical Board license M7331.
The sister clinic, ZO Skin Centre Houston, opened in 2018 at 810 Waugh Dr in Montrose. Both clinics have been open since 2018, under the same medical director.
Today the Dallas clinic cares for clients from Highland Park, Oak Lawn, and the Park Cities.

Our philosophy
The approach follows the framework Dr. Zein Obagi spent his career refining, applied one person at a time.
The visit starts with how your skin behaves: its history, its tolerance, the products already on your shelf, and the calendar you are working with.
In-office care is chosen with intention and sequenced by concern and recovery time, so one appointment does not undo the last.
A realistic ZO home routine, daily sun protection, and a maintenance rhythm carry results past the treatment room. Dallas sun, events, and a full calendar make that part of the plan.
The aesthetic goal is simple. You should look like yourself, rested and refined.

The ZO heritage
ZO® Skin Health was founded in 2007 by Dr. Zein Obagi, a board-certified dermatologist and author whose work in skin health spans more than three decades. Skin is prepared, treated, and protected as a system, not a collection of products.
ZO is physician-dispensed, which means it is designed to be used with a provider's guidance. At ZO Skin Centre Dallas, ZO is part of the appointment: what your provider sees, what is treated in the clinic, and what you do at home between visits.
What makes us different
Every relationship begins with a consultation. You leave knowing the treatment, the ZO home care, the timing, and the follow-up, whether you book that day or not.
The clinic is physician-led and medically overseen by Dr. Khorsandi. Injectables are planned by the nurse practitioner and nurse injector team. Facials, peels, and lasers are planned by the aesthetic and laser team.
If a treatment is not right for your skin, your timeline, or your goals, the provider will say so. If a concern belongs with a dermatologist or surgeon, they will say that too.
Your injector, your aesthetician, and the front of house work from the same plan, at one Highland Park address.
The monthly membership is $150, banked as credit for treatments or retail, so consistent care has a practical rhythm.
