This patient had filler with another provider and experienced filler migration. You can see in before photo a white shadow above her lip and the side angle that it is heavier and protruding over her bottom lip. You can actually see more of the pink or body of her lip once we dissolved. This also elongated the space between her nose and lip, aging her further. We used two vials of Hylenex to “spot” dissolve her top lip and refilled. I typically recommend dissolving all of the filler and starting fresh for the best outcome. We also added a little bit of filler in her chin to keep her face balanced!
